Dear Community. Until now i was working with an Erolite Node 2. I never had a problem with it, worked always fine.
Now i bought a Stairville "Replay Show" node because of the dmx-record function. But unfortunately i can not
getting to work with Artnet.
I use Window 10 and QLC 4.12.4
I did following configuration:
IP-Adress of laptop (QLC): 192.168.1.10
IP-Adress of node: 192.168.1.255 (also tried with .240 or .11)
Set the Art-Net Universe in this way:
0=universe 1 (and dmx out port1)
1= universe 2 (and dmx out port2)
So universe 1 is running fine, but universe 2 i cant get to work.
If i set it like above there is no reaction on universe. When i "scroll" trough the Artnet adresses in node
i get confussed lights on the connected LED-Bar (but should show a static color)
I attached few pictures. Please ignore the second node, only this one on top is connected to the laptop.
May someone can help me with this issue. Thank you!

I read the manual from top to bottom and bottom up.
What bothers me is that there is no reference to the info you showed on the screen... So, we are in the dark here about what PoN means. I'd get in touch with the manufacturer.

Hey Guys, with help from Thomann (where i bought the nodes) issue was solved. If someone has trouble with this nodes, here is the config to get them running well :--)
Here it is:
Subnet-mask should be: 255.0.0.0
IP-Adress laptop: 2.0.0.1
IP-Adress node: 2.0.0.2
PoN1 (outgoing dmx-port universe1): Net 000 Sub-Uni: 000
PoN2 (outgoing dmx-port universe2): Net 000 Sub-Uni: 001
With that config both universes works!
I also tried the second node i bought for universe 3, gave it ip-adress 2.0.0.3 with Net 000 Sub-Uni 002 for universe 3 and also running well.

Great news! I'm glad for you. Somewhere in my head, I had the 'use the 2.x.x.x or 10.x.x.x' network addresses spinning, but these refer to an older version of Artnet, so I didn't bother... It seems this thought is still legitimate for newer products. Thanks for reporting back.fxbmarketing wrote: ↑Tue Dec 31, 2024 10:34 am Hey Guys, with help from Thomann (where i bought the nodes) issue was solved.
