A odd question for the group

I am getting in to haunted houses and found there is a lack of programs that control lighting and switches for animatronics or recorded sound boxes. I would be using a ton of lights that are DMX for each space also want it to turn on and turn off animatronics while the people are in room or not. Wondering if any one has the information if this program can work with such things or do i go looking for another one. Any help will work.

Welcome to the community,
Since your lights are DMX reachable, QLC+ is your choice.
Now about inputs: there are quite some interfaces in the wild that can have a 12V input and spit out an Artnet message. This information can be used to influence the outcome of what happens light / music-wise.
Animatronics: The same as above: You can find Artnet or DMX interfaces that drive relais and even stepper motors.
If the budget doesn't permit it, there is also the Raspberry Pi way of doing things. The GPIO lets you connect electrical hardware to influence the desired effects. A little warning: the GPIO typically works with 3,3V signals, which is not at all ruggedised. Two lines in parallel over a distance can induce parasitical signals reaching values well above the GPIO allowed levels, which will fry your Pi.
