Hello,
I apologize, it's insanely late. I'm trying to use an APCmini MK2, but any time I attempt to select the specific device as an input, I get an "error occurred" message. I have the APCmini mk 2 profile selected, input/output channels as 1-16. I am following this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ThS3bsXfimg
What am I doing incorrect?

Welcome to the community,
It may be extremely late in your part of the world
First, if you connect your controller (and restart QLC+), do you see the device listed in your IN-/output tab?
Assuming you did and it showed up in QLC+.
+ "An error occurred" -> Did some other software have access to that device? [Close other programs running]
+ Use a separate universe for your inputs. (Period!) If you touch some buttons, you have to get a blue joystick wiggling in the line of your input device.
Only then, start using input profiles etc ...
You first need to have an exclusive and solid connection to that device.
