Crashes when a USB device is unplugged

Hi,

I have picked up a bug where QLC+ crashes whenever any USB device is unplugged,for example if you charge your phone though a USB port on the computer and then unplug it while QLC+ is open then QLC+ will crash. It happens with every single USB device,even a USB thumb drive.

And by the way, you haven't even mentioned QLC+ version and operating system you're using.
