I'm posting this request on behalf of a QLC user who has forgotten their Username AND Password.
In addition, they can't simply re-register because their "Email is already in use"
Can anyone give advice on who/how to contact to get them back onto the forum?
Bit of a catch-22.

In the login page there's a link saying "I forgot my password"

But the catch-22 is that you require to enter your Username to get a password reminder/reset?
If both Username and Password are forgotten and you only have 1 email address, then you're stuck I think, because even re-registering fails as the "Email is already in use".
If he sends an email to support @ qlcplus.org perhaps you could sort?

How can I if he doesn't even remember the username ?
When he registered, I think he received an email. Not sure if the username he picked was in that email.
Otherwise, I'd say the username/email address are burnt. He needs a new one of both.
