Function Monitor 2d view not working with custom fixture

Hello I am having an issue with he function monitor. I have Big Dipper Lp28w led pars with 8 channels. With the following fixture definition

1 Dimmer
2 Strobe
3 Auto
4 Chase Speed
5 Red
6 Green
7 Blue
8 White
If I turn up intensity and a color it does not show on 2d view. If i turn up the intensity and color and strobe it will show the color and strobe
It also will not show the color white. I have Chauvet intimidator Led Scan 200 that seem to work fine and and shows the white color in two 2d view.
How do I fix this? With the Big Dipper light Channel 1 is under intensity group and channel two is under shutter group.

Since you're talking about a custom fixture, would you care to share the file ?
Also, which QLC+/OS version are you using ?

I'm trying to share the fixture definition file I can't seem to find where it is on my computer. I am running MacBook Pro OS X 10.11.6 and Qlc version 4.11.2
