QLC+ 4.1.1 release

Just after few days from release 4.1.0, here's version 4.1.1 which brings a new plugin into QLC+.

Here's the changelog:
* added OSC plugin. Input only at the moment
* added TouchOSC Mix16 input profile, as an example to use OSC
* fixed OSX DMG package creation (sorry about this)
