I am completely new to QLC+ and just picked up a bunch of Yuer moving heads from Aliexpress. I also picked up and artnet dmx network converter model CR041R also from Aliexpress. I seemed to have successfully connected the converter to qlc. However I didn’t realize that there was no fixture profiles for yuer lights so I went ahead and attempted to create one. I am not sure if my fixture profile is set up correctly. I can't seem to figure out how to control the fixture via QLC+. I made sure everything is on the same universe and the same DMX channel, however I am not sure what I could be doing wrong.

Here is a link to the product page:

I have also attached the manual and the fixture profile I have made. Any help would be much appreciated!

Another Fixture Definition with the Channel Numbers as Default Value (like: https://www.qlcplus.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17937).
Did you try to import the data from the user manual?

What was wrong:
- Dimensions were missing, so the 2d Monitor will not show it.
- in 16 bit mode you need to set your Pan Fine and Tilt Fine to Fine (LSB). You cannot have 2 Pan Coarse and 2 Tilt Coarse channels.
- a lot of capabilities were missing (mainly the ones that start from 000)
- there were no modes defined.

Try this one:

Thanks for the edit, however I still can't seem to control it. Trying to follow some youtube videos to setup my own scenes and nothing seems to work. I also noticed that there doesn’t seem to be a function to control RGB separately etc.

If it helps I asked yuer and they gave me an .xml file and an .ssl2 file but I don't think qlc can read those.

If you are new to a fixture, the Simple Desk is your best friend. Push the channels up individually, and you will notice if something goes wrong with your profile.
I still can't seem to control it.
Nothing at all? Or are some functions missing?

Did you put the Fixture definition in your User Library (https://docs.qlcplus.org/v4/fixture-definition-editor)?

Did you remove the previous Fixture Definition from your User Library (or replace it with your new one)?
QLC+ uses the values of the fields Manufacturer and Model to build the List you can select your Fixture from.
As your old and new Fixture Definition both have the same values for Manufacturer and Model and QLC+ cannot handle "two occurences of the same Fixture" your old Fixture Definition will remain active (and override the new one) untill you remove it from your User Library.

As an alternative you could use the Fixture Definition Editor to add "....V2" to the Model Name (of the new profile, or add "... with errors" to the old one :) )
